The championship battkle has never been this close: 3 drivers in 14 points, and everything to decide in the last race of the season. Max Verstappen is coming from the a streak of victories that helped him secure a spot as a title contender after the greatest comeback in the history of F1. Lando Norris, the cahmpionship leader, the favourite, has the "easy" task to secure a P4 to claim his first title; but in the last dance even the underdogs could shine as obstacles for the triumph. One of whose is Oscar Piastri. After a grat start, and the championship lead for almost the whole season, the Australian gave the spot to his teammate. The young driver though is seeking for revenge; and will fight until his last breath to win his first title.
LANDO NORRIS is for the first time WDC
After a great race, incredible overtakes and tight nerves, the british drivers secures his first driver's championship after 7 years of being in the sport. Max Verstappen tried his best, but came short for only 2 points after a inhumane 102-points comeback after the summer break. Piastri only managed to finish second in the race, ending the championship in third place. Great recovery run from Hamilton that started from the back and secured strong points for Ferrari. The Scuderia got the tifosi on their toes after a great battle-for-the-poidum between Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris.
RACENG Strikes again: the result of the prediction
Abu Dhabi has revelead to be one of the most diffucult race to predict due to the multiple variables that affect the last race of the season. Each team and driver wants to optimize their position in the rankings, therfore drivers tend to take more risks than ever, examples are Hamilton's strategy in 2016 or Verstappen's last lap overtake in 2021. This year though the race was very stable in the top positions, but the back of the grid shoed unexpected results such as the one coming from Antonelli. The program though managed to correctly outline the race and the percentages of each result.
